PRE ORDER

A preorder item means that an item is currently out of stock and needs to be made before sending out to the customer.

Before you place an order please read the product description, this is where it will state if your order will be a preorder and will also provide you information regarding a time frame. If there is no information about preorders in the product description this means the item is in stock. Preorder may also be stated when choosing your size.

For example;

SMALL 

MEDIUM (PREORDER)

LARGE (PREORDER)

This means both medium and large are preorder only and size small is in stock. 

Time frames cannot be sped up. During holidays (CHRISTMAS) please allow a few extra days than stated to receive your preorder item.

Pre orders are always priority for when we restock as we send out all the pre orders first and any left over sizes are put on the website to restock but this ensures you don't miss out on the restock and already have your item being made incase we don't have a restock planned.

If your order includes a preorder item and an in stock item then your order will only be shipped once all items are ready to send. If you require your in stock items being shipped beforehand please place 2 separate orders. If you have not placed 2 separate orders and require your in stock items still please contact us via the live chat on our website and we will arrange to have them shipped (customer will need to pay second postage fee).

PREORDER ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME STATED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY METHOD AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU PURCHASE A PREORDER ITEM AND CHECKOUT WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER NEXT DAY. YOUR ORDER WILL STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PREORDER TIME FRAME BEFORE BEING SHIPPED WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
