RETURNS&REFUNDS

We hope you absolutely love your CHYNNA DOLL UK items just as much as we do! If for any reason you would like to make a return please send back within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :

- Are unused/ unworn

- In the same perfect condition you received

- Must have all tags attached& in original packaging

- No makeup/fake tan/deodorant marks or any stains

- No odours, heavy fragrance or washed smells

If we believe any of your items have been returned in the above conditions it will be resent to you.

Preorder items:

Pre-ordered items are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to return your preorder item a credit note or an exchange will be offered to you/the customer. Credit notes are store credit discount and will be the same value as the initial purchase. All credit notes are valid for 3 months and cannot be extended under any circumstance. Credit notes can only be used on CHYNNA DOLL items ( Made From LA & Chynna Doll Furs are excluded from credit note purchases).

To return:

Contact us at Chynnadolluk@icloud.com with the subject ‘Return’ and allow up to 2 working days for our return address to be sent to you. Please keep a copy of your order packing slip and add this to your return as it may take longer to locate your order otherwise.

Once the return has been received please allow 3-4 working days for a member of the team to contact you for your refund/exchange/credit note information. 

Refunds can take between 5-10 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Returns are covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for a tracked service and keeping a copy of your proof of postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no refund will be given without the return being received .

Swimwear & jewellery is non returnable due to hygiene reasons

SALE ITEMS ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE 

NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

We are within rights to refuse any returns. We will refuse any items returned after the 7 day period.  

 FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item we can replace this for you or provide a credit note. If the item has been worn or it is passed the return by date we are not responsible for any faults that have occurred after this under any circumstances.

WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE INPUTTED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR PARCEL IS SENT THERE! WE CAN ONLY SEND TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED SO NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS.
